About Human Care

Human Care is a fitness and physiotherapy studio in Ahmedabad. Alongside our physiotherapy practice, we run coached Hyrox training sessions — functional fitness classes that combine running with workout stations — so members of every level can train, improve, and stay accountable.

Whether you're building general fitness or preparing for an official Hyrox race, our sessions give you accurate stations, proper timing, and coaching in a supportive, well-organised setting.
