Cancellation & Refund Policy

All registrations are final

Entry fees for Human Care training sessions are non-refundable. Once a registration is paid, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, and fees are not transferable to another person.

If we cancel or reschedule

If Human Care cancels a session, you may choose a full refund of your entry fee or a transfer of your entry to a future session. If we reschedule, your registration carries over to the new date.
