What we collect

When you register we collect your name, email, phone number, and event details (category, start time, and optional information such as age, gender, t-shirt size, and emergency contact). Payments are processed by Razorpay — we do not store your card or bank details.

How we use it

We use your information to process your registration and payment, send you your ticket and event updates, and manage participation on event day. We do not sell your data.

Data retention & your rights

We keep registration records for as long as needed for our events and legal obligations. To access or delete your data, email dr_kalpesh_pat24@yahoo.co.in.
