Hyrox in Ahmedabad isn't a once-a-year event here. Human Care runs a race-format Hyrox simulation every Saturday at Science City — so there's always a next date, and always a reason to beat your last time.
How the weekly format works
Each Saturday we run the same race structure: 8 stations paired with running, timed, in staggered heats. Heats go off every 15 minutes, usually from 7:00 AM, and some weeks we switch to an evening edition from 6:00 PM. Every heat has a capped number of spots so the stations never bottleneck.
Categories you can enter
- Full Simulation (Singles) — the complete race, solo
- Half Simulation (Singles) — half the distance, solo. The most popular first entry
- Full Simulation (Doubles) — the complete race, work split with a partner
- Half Simulation (Doubles) — the friendliest way in
Our categories guide explains how the work is divided in Doubles if you're deciding.
Why racing weekly actually works
One race a year tells you very little. Racing the same format regularly turns it into a measurable training cycle: you get a baseline, you train against a specific weakness, and you re-test a few weeks later on an identical course. That's why our published leaderboards matter — results stay up permanently, so your progress is visible over months, not guessed at.
Most of our regulars take several minutes off their first time within a couple of months, usually by fixing the runs rather than the stations.
Prices & what's included
Entry starts from around ₹600 and includes your timed race, a QR ticket, hydration stations on course, and your place on the published results. Photos and videos from each event are posted to the event page afterwards. Exact pricing per date is shown when you book — see the full cost breakdown.
Booking your slot
Registration for each Saturday opens during the week and closes shortly before race day. Popular heats — especially the early-morning ones — regularly sell out first, so don't leave it to Friday night.
