Where exactly is it?
Pickleblitz Arena, Science City Road, Sola, Ahmedabad 380060. Science City is one of the easiest spots in the city to reach — it sits just off SG Highway, so it's a short drive from Sola, Bopal, Thaltej, Shela, Gota, Vastrapur and Chandkheda. There's parking on site, so you can arrive, warm up and race without hunting for a spot.
What time does it start?
Most Saturdays we flag off the first heat at 7:00 AM, with heats every 15 minutes after that. Some weeks we run an evening edition from 6:00 PM instead — the exact start times for each date are always listed on the event page when you book, and your ticket email confirms your heat.
Arrive about 20 minutes before your heat. That gives you time to check in with your QR ticket, walk the stations and warm up properly.
What to bring
- Your ticket QR code (it's emailed to you the moment you register)
- Training shoes with a flat, stable sole — you'll be pushing and pulling a sled
- A water bottle. There are hydration stations on course, but bring your own too
- A towel, and a change of shirt if you're staying for the post-race games
Which format should I pick?
You can race the Full Simulation or the shorter Half Simulation, each in Singles or Doubles. First-timers very often start with Half Doubles — the work is split with a partner and it's a far friendlier introduction to the format. Yes. Every Saturday at Science City we have complete first-timers racing alongside people training for an official Hyrox. There's no qualifying time and no minimum fitness level — you move at your own pace, and the clock is just there so you have a number to beat next time.
