Hyrox is a fitness race designed for everybody — not just elite athletes. It pairs running with functional strength stations in a fixed, repeatable format, so anyone can enter, finish, and measure real progress over time.
The Hyrox format
Every Hyrox race, anywhere in the world, follows the same structure: you run 1 km, complete one workout station, then repeat — eight times. Because the format never changes, your finishing time is directly comparable to anyone else's, anywhere.
The 8 stations
- SkiErg — 1,000 m
- Sled Push
- Sled Pull
- Burpee Broad Jumps
- Rowing — 1,000 m
- Farmers Carry
- Sandbag Lunges
- Wall Balls
Who is Hyrox for?
Everyone. There are divisions for first-timers, age groups, and pros, plus Singles, Doubles and Relay formats so you can go solo or with friends. If you can run and you're willing to train, you can do Hyrox.
How to start
The best way to learn is to do a simulation — a full race run under real conditions. Human Care hosts Hyrox simulations in Ahmedabad for exactly this. Want a plan first? Read how to train for Hyrox, then register for an upcoming event.
